Jochen Jehmlich is appointed CEO of Societe Generale Equipment Finance as of July 1st 2017.
In addition, Odile de Saivre is appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer as of July 1st 2017. Based in Paris, she will become a member of the Societe Generale Equipment Finance Management Committee in her new role. Odile was previously in charge of the Project Export Finance team within the Global Finance business of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment banking since 2015.
Jochen Jehmlich has a degree in economics and started his career as a trainee at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt specializing in corporate client business. In 1990 Jochen Jehmlich joined GEFA Group and assumed several leading positions in Sales. In 2000 he was appointed Managing Director and CEO of GEFA* in 2003. He was previously Deputy CEO of Societe Generale Equipement Finance since 2014.
Odile de Saivre joined Societe Generale in 1997 in the Equity Capital Market team within Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. She then spent most of her career in the Corporate and Investment Banking division notably in the Strategic and Acquisition Finance department as well as in Asset Based Finance. In 2010 she headed the Global Finance team in charge of credit risk monitoring before moving to Russia as Deputy Head of Rosbank’s Corporate Lending Department. Since 2015, Odile has been in charge of the Project Export Finance team within Global Finance’s Export Finance business line. Odile holds a degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.
